Week 4, Term 4
A note from Mr Pardini
Term 4 continues to deliver a busy schedule and what feels like the weeks are flying by! This week is our 'athletics' week with our jumps and throws yesterday and tomorrow the Faction Carnival. All the children have been practicising for their individiual and team events - carnival days always deliver such a fantastic atmosphere - we are all looking forward to a day of fun.
A reminder that the P&F will host a 'coffee & cake' stall at tomorrow's carnival and the canteen will be operating a bbq sausage sizzle for lunch.
Swimming lesson persmission forms were sent home yesterday to all families - please check your child's school bag if you haven't seen this yet or come to the office for a form if you need one.
As I've already mentioned, this term is quite busy so please ensure you continue to check the term calendar for upcoming events.
Thank you to all the parents who have subscribed to SZapp, we hope you are finding it user friendly. If there is any parent in your household that still has not installed this app please encourage them to do so, or if you know of any other parent from our school. We can easily assist here in the office.
There is only one week to go until our biggest annual fundraiser - the Blues Festival - we will be welcoming around 150 people to camp at our school from Friday 11 to Monday 14 November. We are still chasing a couple of helpers for Sunday breakfast and Monday tidyup - please contact the school as soon as possible to indicate how you can assist.
Looking forward to seeing as many families as possible tomorow in a sea of Blue, Green, Red & Yellow!
Warm regards,
Carlo Pardini, Principal

Congratulations to Year 6 students Ashley, Daniel, David, Evie, George, Sophie & Taj who received the sacrament of Confirmation last Sunday. It was wonderful to see the support of family have classmates at this special Mass. Following the mass was a celebration with a shared supper in the Parish Hall.
