Thursday 22 June, 2023 (Week 9)
A note from Mr Pardini
School Reports
The editing process is almost complete and next week all families will be able to access their child's school report via SEQTA engage. Have you registered with SEQTA Engage? There will not be any paper copies printed off so please ensure you have signed up. Details were emailed to all families. You still have time to call the front office if you require assistance.
Change of assembly time
Next term we will be trialling a new time for our class assmeblies. To assist parents with their day, we will be hosting assemblies first thing on a Friday morning at 8.45am. I know the Friday afternoon timeslot has been difficult for many parents to leave work and break up their day, so our hope is to gather in the morning around 'drop off time'. I know the children will certainly be fresher too, it is usually hard for the children to maintain focus on an afternoon at the end of a busy week.
Cyber-safety parent meeting at St Brigid's
Thank you to those families who have registered for this session next Tuesday 27 June at 6.30pm. We look forward to bringing this valuable workshop to you next week. If you have not registered, it is not too late - simply click the link below.
Dance Sport
It's back! Next week we welcome back Debbie-Anne to St Brigid's for an energetic and fun-filled week of dance sport. Students to wear sport uniform all week. All children will take part in a lesson each day, with the showcase planned for Friday afternoon. What a way to end the school term!!!
Have a wonderful week everyone!

Lightning Carnival postponed!
Due to the poor weather forecast for tomorrow, the Lightning Carnival has been postponed until next term. We look forward to the new carnival date of Friday 21 July.
Mud Kitchen
Thank you to our wonderful P&F for the recent additions to our school playground - 2 new mud kitchens. Thank you to Mr and Mrs Barber who drove to Dardanup to collect them. The outdoor kitchens are now well and truly at home in the St Brigid's vegie garden. The children are making lots of interesting play foods.
SEQTA Engage
In week 10 school reports will be distributed to families via SEQTA Engage. We will no longer be providing printed copies of student school reports. SEQTA Engage is a digital platform, which, by now you should have received an email providing you with a link / QR code to download the app. If you are having any trouble with this, please contact the front reception.
