2023 P&F and School Advisory Council 'Nomination' Form

Dear Parents,

NOMINATION FOR 2023 P&F and/or SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL

Each year, we call for new nominations for our P&F committee or School Advisory Council (formerly known as the School Board).

In 2023, we are looking for new people to join both committees. If you would like to nominate yourself, please do so using this form. Please check the respective fields below and your submission will be read out at the school AGM on Tuesday 29 November at 6.00pm.

Please note, it is a requirement that anyone who is nominated must be present in person at the AGM to accept or decline their nomination.

We would appreciate all nominations to be received by Monday 28 November.
